Ruling establishment must answer as to why they are looking for 100% consensus on this matter in parliament. There is not a single law which is based on 100% consensus among law makers.Issues of ban on cow slaughter &amp; construction of Ram temple at Ramjanambhumi must be depoliticised. General public should not keep quiet &amp; must actively take up these issues with their representatives to support good &amp; sensible elements in our polity to go in for immediate action .This is why i wrote to Sh Rahul Gandhi thru email\/ speed post &amp; posted contents on my fb Account yesterday. This post contains very vital facts which by their very nature are not in public domain. It is a very difficult situation wherein constitution makers left it to future governments . These governments kept postponing it for future govts. Parliament left it for executive who left it to the opposition. Executive &amp; opposition left it for various levels of judiciary &amp; they in turn advised to make appropriate laws on the subject. These issues are entangled very badly in vicious circles &amp; only effective solution is agreement at least between BJP &amp; INC to depoliticise these issues &amp; tomake laws on these subjects in a very urgent time frame.
